JTI Trailers in the Community

Rooted in Northeast Ohio

JTI Trailers has been part of Northeast Ohio for generations. We don’t just operate here — we show up here, hire here, and work alongside the same communities our customers come from. Our involvement is practical, local, and tied directly to the people and trades we serve.

Showing Up Locally

We were proud to participate in the Bedford 2025 Fourth of July Parade, connecting face-to-face with thousands of local residents. Our team walked the route, handed out candy and information, and spent the day talking with neighbors, customers, and families.
For us, visibility matters. We believe local businesses should be present, approachable, and part of the events that bring people together.

West Akron Baseball League Sponsor

In 2025, JTI Trailers sponsored a team in the West Akron Baseball League, supporting youth sports and the families who make them possible. Many of the same people who build, haul, landscape, and maintain equipment during the week are the parents and volunteers on those fields.
Supporting local youth programs is one small way we stay connected to the community that supports us.

Whitetails Unlimited Fundraiser

In 2025, JTI Trailers participated in a charity dinner for Whitetails Unlimited, a national nonprofit dedicated to improving the health of the American white-tailed deer and its environment, as well as supporting education and conservation activities.

At this event in the Richfield area, our team made a significant in-kind donation to support the organization’s mission and the success of the evening’s fundraiser. Events like this bring together people from across the region who care about wildlife conservation and outdoor heritage.

Supporting Skilled Trades & Local Careers

We’ve participated in multiple career fairs at Ohio Technical College, meeting with students interested in hands-on technical careers. These events help us connect with people who want to build real skills and work in a trade where quality and reliability matter.
JTI Trailers actively hires local service technicians and provides training specific to trailer systems, service, and repair. We’re looking for people who want to learn, grow, and take pride in doing the job right.
If you’re interested in working with a team that values craftsmanship, problem-solving, and long-term reliability, you can learn more on our careers page.

Why This Matters to Our Customers
Community involvement is a reflection of how we operate:
  • We hire locally and train our own technicians
  • We maintain long-term relationships, not short-term transactions
  • We stand behind our work because our reputation lives here
When you work with JTI Trailers, you’re working with a company that’s accountable to the same community you are. This is how we’ve stayed in business for 90 years when you see other independent stores and even huge chains like Advance Auto Parts closing down.

Proud of Where We’re From

From Medina to Akron to Canton and the surrounding communities, our Cleveland pride has shaped who we are and how we work. We’re proud to be part of that tradition — and we intend to keep showing up.
